As part of one order I received a different handle than this one. When I emailed to ask about an exchange, they *immediately* sent me out the correct one, which I just received. The handle itself is the exact match for my grinder. All the other parts I ordered are now installed and I have a brand new grinder. This degree of customer service is above and beyond and far above what most other places offer these days. Kudos to the crew at Eight Ounce, Dianne in particular! She emailed me back just four days ago, and yesterday the correct handle came in.
I will keep Eight Ounce at the top of my list for coffee related supplies, and just another example of how Calgary rocks. Thanks everyone!
