Exactly what you’d expect from KeepCup

It’s not leak-proof, but it’s not a dealbreaker.

What I like the most is that the parts from my other (glass and plastic) KeepCups fit with it. And if any part needs replacement, it’s easy and cheap to get them.

It keeps the coffee warm long enough for me and the metal interior doesn’t seem to affect the taste.

Once again, KeepCup demonstrates why they’re the baristas’ favourite cup!

Love my Thermal KeepCup

This thing is amazing. I got the Nitro finish because I wanted something smoother to the touch. I have been a long time 12oz plastic KeepCup user and this is the best upgrade. As long as you understand that this isn't totally leakproof (the stopper will help mitigate any spills but you shouldn't toss it in a bag) you will be very happy. I love KeepCups because the lid is so nice to drink from, unlike some other travel mugs I've tried. I can't recommend this enough.

Keep Cup Lid

I was thrilled to find replacement lids for our keep cups.
I would suggest that you tell shoppers the new lids doesn't include the stopper and that needs to be ordered separately. Luckily I opened he box in your Calgary store and discovered this oversight so I was able to pick 2 up at the store. I would not have been happy if I had received the lids in the mail with no stoppers.

Best reusable cup to own

Perfect size, retains heat without burning your hand, easy to drink from, no spillage on transport. What more can you ask for ?
