It has a smoky sweet aroma and malty, fruity flavour with a balanced finish. The smokiness of this tea is light, compared to the famous Chinese smoked black tea called ‘Lapsang souchong’.

satisfying smokey tea

it's almost as good as laphroig

More subtle than lapsang souchong

A lovely smoked tea with a subtle - but still flavourful - smoke taste. Less pungent than the Chinese style lapsang souchong that is also a smoked black tea. Really very pleasant, smooth and mild.

Whoa

This is a very unique tea. The nose is amazing. The taste is more subtle but still bold and full-flavoured. Definitely give it a try if you're a fan of all things smoked.

Outstanding

This tea is one of the wildest things I've tried, it has a strong smokey smell but the taste is very subtle with nice malt flavour and really nice sweetness.
