  • A replacement portafilter locking spring to hold the basket firmly in your portafilter. The last thing you want is to lose the spring and be unable to pull an espresso shot, inevitably going into caffeine withdrawal. So it may be wise to keep a spare spring in a safe place for when your cat interrupts your cleaning routine and steals the spring you just finished cleaning.

    1. Gently push the spring into the indent that goes around the upper inside of your portafiter.
    2. Insert the basket into the portafilter.
    3. Feel how nice and snug it is!
    4. Pull a delcious espresso!
