Pretty compact and useful in the kitchen. Came with batteries included which is also nice

Simple and compact

I bought this just to check approximate pan temperature when preheating, so that I could have better consistency on some baked goods. It does the trick!
Contrary to what the box says, it *does* come with batteries, so that's nice!
