  • WANNA GRIND MORE THAN THE C2 CAN HANDLE? MAX IT OUT!!

Designed and built with the same care and precision as the Chestnut C2, the C2 MAX increases the capacity of grind chamber and catch cup to allow for up to 30g of coffee. Meaning you can share your brew with more friends or just have more for yourself.

Some plastic components, including the internal body, keep cost down while making this grinder lightweight and increasing the capacity! Not to mention, the same excellent grind quality. With the same sharp steel burrs as in the Timemore Chestnut Slim and Nano grinders, the same spring mechanism that locks the inner burr into position, and two ball bearings that hold the grind shaft in place, you're not losing even a little bit of grind quality. The well-designed handle connection gives this grinder an exceptionally precise grind and a smooth turning handle with every rotation. Lastly, the new and improved grounds bin is lined with aluminum for greater durability and a static free grinding experience.

Fast, consistent, and ~aesthetic~

I bought this grinder as an upgrade from my old Hario grinder, and it is such an improvement. The extra 5-10g of chamber space that the MAX offers over the base model is well worth the $20. Unlike my old grinder, the grind stays mostly consistent and is measurable in clicks, making dialing in easier. It grinds 25g of coffee in less than a minute, and the burrs are able to grind lighter roast beans with ease. A very good grinder and well worth the money.

Nice grinder

Timemore's Chestnut C2 Max is accurately described in the copy -- well built, grinds well and evenly, and can do up to 30 grams of beans at a time. In comparison to the decade old Hario grinder I was using, it's much faster and easier. While the newness of the Timemore and the age of the Hario would be a factor in that, I'm really enjoying the speed and lack of effort.

Great value

I bought this as my first grinder and I'm very happy with it. Seems like very good quality. At the French press grind it'll grind 25g in about a minute. It'll hold about 30g when full.

Great first grinder!

I have been drinking coffee for years and never got around to buying a grinder. I just bought the C2 Max and its perfect! It's fun to use and i love the addition to my morning ritual. Makes much nicer tasting coffee than pre-ground. Easy to clean and dial in for a beginner. Only thing I would say is that the extra 10g capacity is still not enough if you're making coffee for two people. I still have to fill the chamber twice to get 30g of ground coffee so I probably could have gotten away with the standard size grinder.

All in all - great grinder, highly recommend!

Got the white grinder

I ordered the white grinder because the dark one was out of stock. Had concerns about slippage, but have had no issues. Grinds quickly, it's not loud at all and the grind sound is pleasant. And coffee tastes great.
