  For those that want their hand grinder to be an all-round, grinding virtuoso, Timemore designed this Spike-to-Cut (S2C 660) burr set to perform consistently for both brewing and espresso.

  The S2C 660 burrs handle medium to coarse grinding for percolation and immersion and also the fine grind consistency desired for espresso, making them true, dual-purpose burrs. When used in the Chestnut C3 ESP and C3 ESP PRO, with their superfine grind adjustment plates, even more fine grind control is available with 30 clicks per rotation and 0.0233mm per click.

  Whether you've made hundreds and hundreds of pourovers and you need a new set to stay dialed in, or maybe you had too many espresso cocktails and your Timemore took a tumble for the worse, these are the burrs that will get you back into the grinding business.
