Such a great book for coffee professionals at all stages in their careers. A down-to-earth comprehensive guide to running a shop, full of tips and fresh perspectives that’ll leave you saying “why didn’t I think of that?”

Many coffee nerds (myself included) toy with the idea of opening a coffee shop. If that describes you, then I think you'll enjoy this book.

I never plan on running a coffee shop, but this was still an interesting read. Now I think a lot more about how coffee shops are designed when I spend time in them.
Good read. I don't plan to open a coffee shop but I like to read on how other does business. The items covered and example could be apply to other business.
