// LA FLORIDA DECAF, COLOMBIA
Making use of Sugar Cane Decaf Process (also known as 'Natural Decaf'), this coffee stands above pretty well any decaf that's made it to our cupping table. Honestly, this one blew our minds, it presents with very pronounced Cherry notes, trailing off with a Caramel Sweetness. Versatile on both Espresso and Pour Over, La Florida Decaf is one remarkable coffee.

// THE STORY:
From Apex Coffee Imports:
Gilberto and his family are known for their immaculate growing and processing methods that helped them score 2nd place at the 2015 cup of excellence competition. They have since continued to produce some of the finest coffees in Colombia and we are incredibly proud and excited to share them with you again this year. This past year, COVID restricted the ability for seasonal farm workers to travel to Huila to help pick their coffee crop, thus delaying this year's harvest slightly. Despite these challenges, Gilberto and his family have managed to maintain their usual high standard of quality and this lot is a great example of that.
