This coffee was decaffeinated at a facility called DESCAFESOL, which is actually the first and only coffee decaffeination facility in Colombia. Here, the coffee goes through a unique water and ethyl acetate (EA) process. The water is from the nearby mountains and the EA is naturally sourced from sugar cane.

On my search of finding the tastiest decaf, this one has probably been the best. This is gonna be a regular purchase for sure.
This is a very well roasted decaf, fruity and mild. It's hard to distinguish from a regular until it cools, when the typical decaf "emptiness" comes out. This would make a good decaf-regular blend as well with a medium roasted central american for those looking to reduce but not eliminate caffeine.
Ordered motor to fix my grinder and got some coffee as well so shipping would be included. Was I in for a big surprise, excellent decaf, the best I've had so far, great find.
My daughter is our decaf drinker and her assessment of the coffee is that it is the best ever.
