    A 120hr red honey anaerobic fermentation washed process coffee - mixed variety of Caturra and Dos Mil from 5 farms in the Jerico township in Colombia.

    This is an interesting approach to community coffee. Campesino, a specialty coffee facilitator in Colombia, began experimenting in small batches with a select group of small holder farms in Jerico. This lot represents a scaled up version of those initial 5kg test batches of extended red honey fermentation.
