This is an incredibly sweet and vibrant micro-lot showing ripe apricot and mulberry with sweet panela and warm spice. We liked it so much we bought the whole lot.
This offering is a joint effort between Carlos Julio and William German Vega who have their own small farms in Acevedo: El Pino and El Roble, respectively. Their meticulous and quality driven work on this coffee afforded them 4th place in the regional Acevedo cup competition this year.
